Terms of service

This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes the rules this software enforces. Liability, warranty, governing law, the right to terminate and anything about money owed are legal drafting, and are marked below rather than invented.

Credits

Work is priced in credits. The cost is estimated and shown before a job runs, held when it is queued, and settled against the actual cost when it finishes. A job that fails or is cancelled releases its hold in full. Every movement is recorded immutably and is visible on the billing page.

Your content

You keep what you upload and what you generate. Uploads are private by default and generations are public by default; either can be changed, and an organization admin can change the defaults. Publishing to the public library is a separate, explicit act.

Acceptable use

Prompts may be screened before they reach an AI vendor, and published items can be reported and hidden. Whether screening refuses a generation or only records it is an operator setting.

The operator must state what content is prohibited, and what happens to an account that submits it.

AI output

Generations come from third-party models whose terms apply in addition to these. Output is not guaranteed to be unique, and two people giving the same prompt and seed to the same engine may receive the same result.

Ending an account

An account can be erased and an organization closed at any time, from the product. What survives either is described in the privacy policy.

The rest

Liability, warranty, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, changes to these terms, and refund policy: to be drafted.
